About Me
A. Parrott Poetry is named, egomaniacally, after me, Alpha Parrott. It’s my real, legal name, though not the one I was born with. I have five cats and even more stories to tell. I cover topics like trauma, child abuse, PTSD, and more. I write to find my way through and to stand with my light at the end of the tunnel, where hopefully we will meet.
Worse yet re: A. Parrott Poetry - I don’t only write poetry. I have published a short story called April Showers in Instinctive Thrills: Tales of an Absconding Life through Free Spirit. I have forthcoming autobiographical poems coming through Poets Choice, and two poems that made a longlist for Broken Words Magazine.
